JOB SUMMARY
This is a remote sales representative role built for a high-performing, consultative closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Your calendar is filled for you. This is not a cold calling role — your focus is showing up prepared, running effective sales conversations, and closing warm, pre-qualified leads.
You will conduct 1:1 virtual sales calls with prospective clients, uncover their goals, and recommend the right tutoring solution. Most deals close in a single call, with occasional follow-up required.
This is a high-earning opportunity for driven professionals. Top performers consistently reach six figures through a combination of base salary and uncapped commission — and the pipeline is there to support it.

WHAT WE OFFER
Base Salary: $50,000 annually (paid weekly) On-Target Earnings: $100,000 – $120,000+
Commission Structure:
Uncapped commission paid monthly
High volume of inbound, pre-qualified leads
Top performers can scale earnings significantly based on volume and close rate

Work Schedule & Flexibility:
Full-time position
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST (with scheduled break)
Optional additional hours available for increased earning potential
Operational Expectations:
Conduct multiple daily sales calls via Google Meet with warm leads
Maintain a high close rate through effective consultative selling
Follow up with select prospects to secure deals when needed
Collect payments and finalize client enrollment
Transition closed clients to the fulfillment team for tutor matching
Stay organized and manage pipeline effectively
Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct structured, consultative sales calls with prospective clients
Identify client needs and align them with the appropriate tutoring solution
Confidently present pricing and handle objections
Close deals and collect payment during or shortly after the call
Ensure a smooth handoff to the client success and tutoring teams
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity and performance metrics
Continuously improve sales approach through training and feedback
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-ticket environment
Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Confidence and presence in virtual sales conversations
High mental resilience and ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
Competitive, performance-driven mindset with a focus on results
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple calls and opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
