JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Agent to join our Real Estate Investment team as a Home Buying Specialist. As a Home Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities from qualified leads. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential.
We are seeking a confident, results-driven In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.
This is a true closing role—not cold calling, canvassing, or territory prospecting. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals face-to-face.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $5,000/month for first 3 months (initial compensation)
On Track Earnings Initial Comp Example:
$80,000–$150,000+ OTE (base salary + performance-based commission)

Work Schedule & Flexibility:
Full-time, 40 hours per week 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: In-Office (Midlands, Texas)
Must be available for sales calls, meetings, and communications from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with motivated property owners on pre-qualified appointments
Understand seller goals and present clear purchase solutions
Analyze properties using company-provided tools and pricing guidelines
Negotiate terms confidently and professionally
Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria
Follow up consistently with sellers in your pipeline
Maintain accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff after contract
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work M-F, 40+ hours/week (Some nights & weekends)
Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry considered)
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and contract terms
Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor
High level of accountability and coachability
Experience in real estate, home services, or high-ticket sales is a plus (not required)
Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, over the phone, in-person, and via email
Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types
Responsible, reliable, dependable (show up on time and do what you say you’re going
