Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager / Assistant to support daily content execution, campaign building, audience engagement, and lead coordination across multiple platforms. This role blends creativity with operational support and plays a key part in ensuring marketing efforts translate into real business opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our internal team to manage social presence, build campaigns, and ensure all inbound leads are properly captured and handed off to sales without anything slipping through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Build and support marketing campaigns from concept through launch
Coordinate campaign assets with the marketing team
Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries across all social platforms
Respond to inbound leads and ensure timely routing to the sales team
Track lead sources and log inquiries within CRM systems
Follow up on leads to ensure none fall through the cracks
Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities
Assist in creating captions, graphics, reels, and short-form video content
Maintain organized digital files for all social and campaign assets
Help manage and maintain marketing and recruiting content calendars
Support recruiter branding efforts (announcements, highlights, wins, etc.)
Assist with reporting and organizing social/media performance data
Help prepare promotional materials for webinars, hiring campaigns, and launches
Provide inbox assistance and route inquiries to the appropriate internal team
Coordinate internal marketing requests and deadlines
Provide general administrative support to marketing and leadership as needed
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns
Comfortable managing and responding to inbound leads for scheduling
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up tracking
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a remote setting
Proficient in basic design and content editing tools (e.g., Canva, video editing apps)
Ability to work 8 hours a day during work week sometime between 8 am and 6pm Central time US
