JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a driven, operationally minded Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for building and optimizing the systems, processes, and teams that drive profitability and allow us to scale. The Director of Operations will work on-site during standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST), with on-call availability as needed to support operational continuity.

Owns and Optimizes Core Business Processes
- Documents, standardizes, and improves all processes that drive profitability.
- Quickly identifies opportunities for improvement and implements changes with team buy-in.
- Develops and refines internal systems (lead routing, VA task management, handoffs between teams, etc.).
Operational Leadership Responsibilities Include:
- Performance management & accountability
- Career development and coaching
- Ensuring expectations and standards are consistently met
- Lead management tools
- Transaction coordination systems (digital files, transparent status tracking)
- Construction management tools and workflows
- Facilitate Weekly Huddles and Monthly Town Halls
- Serve as CRM Administrator (LeftMain): setup, automations, maintenance
- Serve as Email/Calendar/Portal Administrator (Google Workspace)
- Cross-train across functions to provide coverage when needed
- Final underwriting on all deals; assist Sales Manager with analysis when necessary

- Salary: $65,000–$80,000 based on experience
- Monthly KPI-Based Performance Bonus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all operational functions including systems, processes, and personnel
- Implement and track KPIs to measure success and drive improvements
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales and operations team members
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate workflows and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Drive company growth by identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions
- Improve client experience, employee productivity, and overall business performance
- Oversee technology adoption and ensure teams are properly trained
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Provide consistent reporting on operational and financial performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven operations leadership experience (real estate, sales, construction, or similar industries preferred)
- Demonstrated success improving systems, processes, and team performance
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with CRMs, project management tools, and operational platforms
- Salesforce / phone system experience preferred
