Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Lead Manager who thrives on connection and consistency — someone who can turn an inbound inquiry into a qualified, ready-to-meet seller through great conversation, organization, and follow-through. We are looking for a confident, humble, and motivated candidate to join the team. In this role, there will be an emphasis on building rapport with prospects and clients, lead management, and following those leads from start to finish in order to accomplish a deal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify majority inbound leads and occasional outbound leads; identify appointment opportunities from multiple sources & educate prospects on the Company’s values and proposition.
- Nurture homeowner leads given to you and manage your ongoing pipeline.
- Responsible for fielding incoming calls from homeowners and providing information about our company, services, and processes.
- Assist setting up appointments for our field home-buying specialists to visit properties and conduct consultations with homeowners.
- Pre-screening sellers based on seller motivation level, sense of urgency and other lead selling indicators.
- Quick decision making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers.
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects.
- Complete quality assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and SMS.
- Create and maintain a prospective and past client database to ensure all leads are organized and up to date.
- Maintain and utilize company CRM and other technology, & coordinate with the team on setting up seller appointments.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the company scorecard.
Qualifications:
- Must be coachable and willing to thrive in a structured and goal oriented environment
- Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm and occasional weekends highly preferred but not required
- 2+ years of customer service, operations, and/or administrative skill sets
- Ability to collaborate daily with Acquisitions and Operations teams through meetings, huddles, and other tools given to relay updates
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced attention to detail and advanced creative and resourceful thinking
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience using REsimpli or another CRM is preferred but not required
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and balancing multiple tasks are essential
