Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead and optimize the sales function, driving strategy, team performance, and revenue growth. This role involves mentoring and scaling a high-performing team, refining sales processes, establishing and monitoring KPIs, building strong client relationships, and aligning closely with leadership to support company-wide goals. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability, strategic vision, and hands-on execution skills in a results-driven environment.

- Total on-target earnings between $180,000 and $200,000 annually

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team toward shared performance goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve closing rates
- Monitor sales metrics and performance dashboards to ensure accountability
- Foster strong collaboration with Customer Success to enhance client experience
- Build and optimize follow-up systems to maximize conversions
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, role plays, and skill development initiatives
- Coordinate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and scale the sales team
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to align lead generation and sales execution
- Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, reported, and consistently met or exceeded
- Maintain a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in pay-per-lead or marketing services
- Demonstrated experience scaling and managing sales teams with consistent performance results
- Strong ability to lead sales strategy from planning through successful close
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing and presenting performance data at a granular level
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Go High Level strongly preferred)
- Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to high client satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence outcomes
- Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and a high sense of ownership
