Job Summary
We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to own the end-to-end revenue growth strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. As a key member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, you will design and execute scalable go-to-market plans to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion; operationalize forecasting and pipeline discipline; and build a high-performance revenue organization.
This role requires a leader with deep marketing acumen, a track record of scaling self-serve and product-led growth (PLG) models, and proven experience driving performance in SMS-based lead generation. You will collaborate across teams to optimize marketing funnels, refine pricing and packaging, ensure compliance with TCPA regulations, and maximize revenue efficiency in a remote-first environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated revenue strategy spanning sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
- Build scalable go-to-market motions to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across target segments and verticals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team—driving brand awareness, demand generation, and self-serve funnel optimization.
- Design and implement self-serve and product-led growth (PLG) strategies to accelerate customer adoption and retention.
- Oversee SMS lead generation programs, ensuring strong performance and full TCPA compliance.
- Partner with marketing to align brand, lead nurturing, conversion, and customer lifecycle management with revenue goals.
- Lead the sales organization to deliver revenue targets through disciplined forecasting, territory design, and pipeline hygiene.
- Oversee customer success to maximize NRR, reduce churn, and drive systematic upsell and cross-sell programs.
- Establish KPI dashboards and operating cadences to enable data-driven decisions and predictable performance.
- Define pricing, packaging, and channel strategies to increase market share, win rates, and revenue efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate customer feedback and market insights into roadmap and enablement.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company’s growth vision with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, enterprise clients, and investors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership in SaaS, B2B technology, or performance marketing, including scaling from early stage to growth.
- Proven impact on ARR/MRR growth, retention (NRR/GRR), unit economics (CAC/LTV), and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing teams and integrate marketing and sales functions into a cohesive revenue strategy.
- Expertise in self-serve model development and product-led growth (PLG) environments.
- Prior experience in SMS lead generation and a solid understanding of TCPA regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Deep fluency with SaaS metrics and forecasting; adept in CRM/revtech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
- Track record of building and coaching high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Strong financial acumen; skilled in revenue modeling, pricing strategy, and board/investor communications.
- Operational leader who institutes metrics-driven rhythms, from QBRs to forecast reviews and funnel diagnostics.
- Strategic, execution-oriented thinker who translates vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across executive, enterprise, and cross-functional audiences.
