JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Direct Response Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based marketing campaigns that drive measurable actions such as leads, sales, or sign-ups. In this role, you will be responsible for developing targeted campaigns across digital and offline channels, crafting compelling calls-to-action, and continuously analyzing data to improve conversion rates and return on investment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in direct response tactics across platforms such as paid social, search, email, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement direct response marketing strategies across various channels (email, paid social, search, direct mail, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership and sales to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, etc
- Plan, execute, and optimize direct response campaigns from start to finish
- Build and optimize conversion funnels—from ad to landing page to form completion or purchase.
- Work with creative and copy teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand and compliance standards.
- Report on KPIs weekly to leadership, with actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Have 3-5+ years of hands-on direct response marketing experience, in the high-ticket info product, coaching space or wholesale real estate required.
- You think strategically, write persuasively, and execute relentlessly You thrive under pressure and measure yourself by performance and profitability.
- Strong copywriting and funnel optimization skills.
- Proficient in analytics and ad platforms.
- You're obsessed with ROI but equally passionate about creating real impact.
